NameGen for Mac

NameGen is a random name generator. It can create unique names for characters, locations, and objects in fantasy and sci-fi stories. It is a simple, yet powerful tool for authors, game masters, and game designers.

This version can generate names for elves, dwarves, goblins, orcs, taverns, towns, magical artifacts, dungeons, sci-fi characters, and more. It can even speak the names for you so that you can be sure you like how they sound.

This was the first app I created for the Mac App Store. It was among the first apps in the store, actually, and usually sold for $0.99. I eventually pulled my stuff out of the App Store and am now giving it away, so enjoy!
