About Me
I live in the capital of the Commonwealth of Virginia - Richmond. It's a small city, but there is plenty to do and see. There's a ton of great restaurants in Richmond, particularly Bottoms Up Pizza, Amici Ristorante, India Garden and Grill, and The Ipanema Grill. At night there's a number of places to go for some beer and fun, too.
I am not originally from Richmond, however. I have lived in a few different places, including New York, Connecticut, and Brazil, but I am originally from the great state of New Hampshire. It's quite cold there. I went to school in the only place that's colder - Potsdam, NY.
I used to work at one of the largest multinational corporations in the world, which is why I have lived in such seemingly random locations. I was on a leadership training program, and then accepted a full-time position in Richmond in the IT Security department. After a few years there, I moved on to my current position in IT Security for a large, multinational law firm. Before and during college, I worked at a paper company and a tiny theme park, both in New Hampshire.
Most of my free time is spent with my wife, Jenna, and my cat, Spot. My hobbies include live music, watching baseball games, building arcade cabinets, and playing video games. I also program once in a while, as you can see from the Software section of this site. Most of the time, though, I'm stuck doing home improvement projects, like tiling bathrooms, painting, and such.
Other than that, I don't know what to tell you. If there's anything else that you absolutely must know, send me an email. If it's not too personal, I might actually write back. Oh well, enough of that. Enjoy the site!
